Offering Motorcycle Roadside Assistance and Rider Support
Have you been hurt while riding your motorcycle? Were you riding alone or did you have a passenger? Do you own a motorcycle and are looking for insurance? Are you in need of motorcycle roadside assistance or are you one of the many daily motorcycle accident victims? Well if you answered yes to any of these questions then you have come to the right place. At BikerDown.org we are here to help you.
Did you know that between 2001 and 2008 there were more than 34,000 motorcyclists killed and over one million treated in hospital emergency rooms with non-fatal injuries due to motorcycle accidents? The number of motorcycle accident victims seems to be increasing every year, probably because the number of riders has been increasing.
We have all heard the many stories of fellow riders taking some bad spills which can result in being out of work, physical or mental challenges, and financial hardships for them and their families. There is usually an outpouring of support with our kind words, thoughts, and prayers but these victims need more. We need volunteers in your area to assist injured bikers. Volunteer help could be as simple as dog walking or snow removal. Or maybe you are mechanical and can help repair an injured biker’s motorcycle. If you would like to volunteer or offer rider support please email Info@BikerDown.org.
We are always looking for businesses that have beneficial products or services that they would like to donate to our injured bikers or members. Please contact our office, we would be glad to consider your business for our preferred vendor network. We also have business membership plans available.
Please join us in helping the motorcycle riders community. Contact our office to find out what you can do to help.
Christmas in July - Adopt a Family for the Holidays
Holiday Inn - Hampden/Wadsworth
BikerDown.org is in our 5th year of our Adopt a Family for the Holidays program. The purpose of this event is to give families that are struggling back some self-respect and make sure that the children of our community have a little something under the tree.
We will be hosting our 2016 Christmas in July kickoff dinner which will give previous and potential donors to get information on this fundraising effort.
Our program accepts nominations from 4 specific charities here in Denver. First Tee, Hope House, Children's Hospital and veterans groups who work with soldiers returning with PTSD.
All these families in need are currently working a program to better themselves and are vetted with these charities.
If you are interested in being a part of our 2016 Adopt a Family for the Holidays campaign, please contact us.
